2. Sending a 90-second video by the participant of the competition of all the cutting steps, which shows the match of the sent sample with the sample being cut and the shaver. (The video should be taken in such a way that the image of the shaver is clear.)
3. Coding of the submitted work samples of the participants and delivery to the heat jury for selection for the selection of people to participate in the final stage.
4. The people selected in this stage will be announced through the conference secretariat and the website of the association, and the date and time of attendance in the final stage will be announced to the chosen ones.
Final level :
1. The presence of the selected people of the preliminary stage at the venue of the competition at the announced time and date and participation in the competition according to the timetable of the competition
2. People who have reached this stage can use their personal equipment and bring them with them to the competition place if they wish. The parts of the competition where people can bring their personal equipment include carving and fast 0.1 degree. (People who participate in fast 0.01 degree and carving must bring their personal equipment )
3. Choosing the best people of each discipline with the approval and opinion of the jury and awarding a prize and a commemorative plaque to these friends
